Food and beverages purchased outside of LevelUp Australia are not permitted in the gaming areas unless specifically authorized by management.

Users of LevelUp Australia facilities are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or abusive behavior toward staff or other customers will not be tolerated.

Inappropriate content, including but not limited to content that is offensive, discriminatory, or pornographic, may not be accessed or displayed on our computers or within our facilities.

The use of cheats, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software that provides an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

5. Age Restrictions

Individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless participating in specifically designated junior programs.

Users retain rights to their original content created using our facilities but grant LevelUp Australia a non-exclusive license to use such content for promotional purposes.
